Shipping Process - auto transport and car shipping

1.Once you have accepted our auto transport quote please submit the Order Form and the deposit.  For your       convenience you can use your credit card to pay the deposit on our secure website.
 
2.Upon receipt of your order and deposit, we will begin scheduling transportation of your vehicle.
 
3.Once a driver has been assigned, we will call or email you to provide all the information associated with the transport including expected dates of pickup and delivery. Further, we will have the driver contact you prior to the pickup.
 
4.The driver will arrive to pick up your vehicle at which point you (or person you have assigned to release your car) and the driver will inspect your vehicle for any existing damage. The driver will report the condition of the vehicle on the inspection form also called the Bill of Lading. Please sign the report and ask for a copy.
 
5.Your vehicle will be loaded and transported to your destination. Please keep in mind the driver will be making stops along the way to load and unload additional cars that he has scheduled to move.
 
6.The driver will call you within 24 hours before the delivery to set up time for the delivery of your car.
 
7.Once at the destination, it is your responsibility to inspect the vehicle and to note the damage listed at origin and signed by you or the person authorized to release your vehicle. Please be certain to note any damage not already on the Bill of Lading prior to signing the form. Please be certain that any damage is noted on your copy and the driver’s Bill of Lading. Once noted sign both copies and have the driver also sign both. Should there be any damage, please contact TRANSPORT EXPERTS at which time we will advise you on your claim. If the entire transport fee has not been prepaid, upon delivery the balance is due to the driver in form of cash, certified cashiers' check, or money order.
